[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]November 15, 2023 – There has been lots of outstanding activity for the Viera Hawks sports teams lately. Here are a few of the achievements of note:
Girls Volleyball placed second in the Class 6A state championship game on November 9 in Winter Haven after a tough four set battle with St. Thomas. In each of the three sets that St. Thomas won, Viera was only down by three points, so it doesn’t get much closer than that. Isabella Starck had 28 kills and 10 digs and Sophia Jones had 12 kills and 13 digs.
